We carry out repairs to both manual and electric gates, access control systems, communication equipment and safety equipment. Our qualified electric gate engineers have many years experience with most product brands and will offer expert advice on problems and solutions.
We carry out repairs to all product brands whether installed by ourselves or by others. We will repair your product if possible or alternatively we can replace any item with a new unit.
A report detailing the problem with your system including a quotation for carrying out the work needed will be issued from our office. If the problem is small and can be repaired by the engineer there and then you will be advised of the cost and the work will be carried out at the time.
All callouts are chargeable but negotiatable. If we are awarded the job as per our quotation the initial callout charge will be automatically discounted.

When you make an investment in a perimeter security system with Gate Automation Systems (Irl) you will have invested in high performance, durability and longevity. However, as with all automated and electronic perimeter security and vehicular access control solutions a certain level of preventative maintenance is required to allow them to continue to provide a reliable and safe operation. Each system requires its own level of maintenance depending on usage and environmental conditions.
According to EU law the administrator of electronic doors, gates, barriers, etc must ensure that they are maintained in a professional manner by trained personnel.
With our preventative maintenance contract qualified automatic gate engineers will call to your site, carry out a full service on the gate, access control and safety systems, issue a full detailed report, carry out small repairs on site and advise of any possible problems or faults. All customers with a maintenance contract will always receive priority response in the event of a breakdown.
